Sun Dried Tomatoes

Sun Dried Tomatoes are a classic in Italian cooking. Harvested between July and September, the carefully selected tomatoes are washed, sliced, salted and set out to dry in the sun.

They are then washed in vinegar, packed into jars and covered with extra-virgin olive oil.

Delicious in tomato sauces, salads and pasta. A must for every kitchen.
