Taggiasca Sauce

The sauce with Taggiasche olives has a strong and enveloping taste. The Genoese basil makes it pleasantly scented. Ready-made sauce prepared by slow boiling of organic tomato pulp, typical of the Italian tradition, with the addition of Taggiasche olives and basil. A simple recipe inspired by tradition, suitable to be used as a condiment on pasta or bruschetta
